Due to reasonable sesign of structure, can't worry about the overload caused by overload caused by oversize or uneven heating, and slip jam ( or seizure caused by overload).While for the same material, the different repeated pressures can be used to make ti gradually deformed and successsively forged. For the machines with bottom dead point, it has to be considered the unevenness of forged parts caused by bottom dead point moving when pressurizing .

According to processing art request for different bricks, the user can set the strike numbers,strike strength,press speed and etc on the touch screen.This enables the machine to imitate munual processing art to produce bricks.

4.Protection: multiple safety protection

Achieve zero speed and torque brake servomotor ;cylinder tu push the friction plate to produce mechanical brake for the flywheel;slider will stop at once when power supply is cut off; infrared safety raster form a safety screen ,to ensure the safety of the personnel in the process of production.

5.Maintenance:auto lubrication system
