In China, to achieve carbon peak before 2030, enterprises need to do their own carbon emissions estimates in advance, the basic work is to find out the energy consumption of the enterprise, measure the energy consumption accurately, promulgate the management system and so on. there is a lot of work to do. How to promote low-carbon development of refractory industry?
1.Green low-carbon demand is the new direction of refractory industry development
In recent years, the high quality refractories enterprises focus on the industry integration, under the green low-carbon trend, China has built 2121 green plants. 16 national green factory demonstration units were selected. The refractory industry has reached carbon peak and is moving towards carbon neutrality.
2.Promote the breakthrough of refractory material technology under the background of carbon neutrality
The integrated design of structure and function and the preparation of advanced servo press are the core of the development of new advanced refractories. It’s because refractory material is composite material ,which is multiphase, multiscale and complex structure. To achieve optimal design and preparation of critical service performance, we finite element numerical simulation and adopt advanced ceramic technology.
I think we should promote automation and intelligentization of production equipment such as servo press machine. It is beneficial to improve the quality and stability of resistant materials, reduce the production cost of high-quality resistant materials, and reduce the adverse impact of human factors on product stability. If intelligent manufacturing system, industrial cloud platform and big data are introduced into refractory material manufacturing to connect the whole production process, we can improve production efficiency and the manufacturing level. Then we can promote the green and low-carbon development of refractory industry.
